Engineering DesignSaint-Gobain is committed to investing in Indonesia resulting in the requirement for an additional plasterboard facility.In order to accomplish the purpose, Saint-Gobain Constructions Products Indonesia intends to build a plant in Modern Cikande Industrial Estate (MCIE) area, near Jakarta, Indonesia to manufacture gypsum boards. The design is Saint-Gobain Standard Plant which will be able to produce a wide range of products and will have a nominal production capacity of 30 million metres square per annum. The construction will incorporate a total in fence land plot area of circa 6.1ha with a proposed area of approx. 19,000m2 for buildings of industrial, office & warehouse buildings and associated utilities, and 13,500m2 for roads and hard standings.Bita’s scope of services is  Engineering Design and Construction Management ServicesConstruction Management ServicesBITA has been assigned to conduct Construction Management Services. To do this assignment, BITA has to allocate a Construction Manager, Commercial Manager, HSE Manager, Site Civil, Instrumentation, Mechanical/HVAC/ Electrical Supervisors, Planner, QA/QC Inspector, Secretary/Administrator, Procurement Manager and Draftsmen for the development of PT Saint-Gobain Construction Products Indonesia (SGCPI) Project.
