PT Eternit Gresik intends to builds New Factory at  a 12 HA Lot in Surya Cipta Industrial Estate, Karawang, West Java. The new factory and facilities comprise: Main Office, Employee Service, Finish Goods Storage Warehouse, Production Line, Sand Preparation (Raw Material), Maintenance & Cellulose Preparation (Raw Material), Cellulose Stock & Storage Area. Storage Wood & Pallets, Extrance Gate, Exit Gate, Pump House, Electricity Measuring Room, Transformator House, Parking Area (Truck, Car & Motorcycle), Gas Building, and Weight Brdige. PT Eternit Gresik appointed BITA to provide Architecture & Engineering Consultancy and Site Supervision Services for  this Eternit’s New Factory Development Project. BITA’s scope of services is consists of Service 1: Conceptual Design Phase 1 & 2, Service 2  Building permit documents for phase 1 &2, Service 3 Detail Design including Bill of Quantities for phase 1Service 4 Call for tender and contractor(s) selection for phase 1Service 5 Site Works for phase 1
