Academic Hospital is a hospital that is continuously carrying out education, research and service and is used for the learning process and non-medical personnel required by medical hospital. The concept of UGM Academic Hospital is a General Hospital which was built on a total area of 44,637 sqm, with a capacity approximately for 100 beds with a clinic for 12 specialist, and diagnostic support tools to support the international-class service. And for the next stage, it will be developed with sub-specialist services and the addition of beds according to the needs.The scope of services provided by BITA including Preparation of Master plan, Conceptual Design, Preparation of Preliminary Design, Preparation of Development Design, Preparation of Detail Design, Tender Preparation, Assisting during Tender Process and conduct Periodical Supervision during Construction Phase.&nbsp; 

Teaching Hospital of Gadjah Mada University Sleman Yogyakarta

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) of The Democratic Republic of Timor Leste (RDTL) has made available funds in order to finance the Design and Documentation of a New Office Building of ten (10) stories for the MoF in Dili, Timor Leste.&nbsp; Designing this MoF office building is more than designing a normal building.&nbsp; It is consider the urban development which is very much dependent on three factors; the quality of architecture, social well-being and environmental responsibility. The compact sustainable city is multi-cultural with a hierarchy of density, has a mix of uses and tenures, is well connected with a coherent public transport, walking and cycling infrastructure, is well designed both in terms of public spaces and building, and is environmentally responsive.&nbsp; And, BITA Enarcon Engineering in association with Enarco Unipesoal/Bita-Enarco to provide Design and Documentation for this building. The new MoF Office Building has been formed by three blocks, a 10-storey tower block in the center, 2 stories blocks at the east and west wings. Those two blocks are connected to the Tower block by a long and linear glazed atrium which functioned to respond sun position, and applied it to building as a passive design.

In order to increase its production capacity, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) intends to develop their production facility of their existing plant located at Baturaja, South Sumatera by constructing the Cement Mill and Packer, which consists of Cement Mill, Cement Silo and Packing Plant. For that purpose, BITA has been assigned to provide detailed engineering and design services of civil works for the new Cement Mill, Cement Silo and Packer including design of foundation, concrete and steel structure, design of silo, preparation of Bill of Quantity and Technical Specifications, Estimates, assisting the owner during tender proses and carry out construction supervision.

The design is Saint-Gobain Standard Plant which will be able to produce a wide range of products and will have a nominal production capacity of 30 million metres square per annum.
