In term of urban and regional development plan of Sendawar City, the government of Kutai Barat Regency was intend to prepare Generatial Spatial Plan of this city. The scope of this spatial plan preparatory covered of :Preparatory of General Spatial Plan of Sendawar with approximately 13.000 haPreparatory of Spatial Details Plan of Ngeyan Asa Agro tourism and housing with approximately 713 ha.Preparatory of Spatial Details Plan of Education Center, Sport Center and Housing with approximately 741 ha and 500 ha.Preparatory of Spatial Land Settlement Plan of Education Center, sport Center and Housing with approximately 250 ha. Preparatory of Spatial Land Settlement Plan of Health Center / General Hospital and Housing with approximately 150 ha.Topography Survey with approximately 1,120 ha.
