The Democratis Republic of Timor-Leste (RDTL) intent to expand road networks and bridges on same isolated areas and provide a better acces to different faciliteis, (e.g. hostpitals, health clinics, markets, etc.) in the several districts of the country as a means of promoting socioeconomic development, particularly agricurtular production and poverty reduction of the said districts through the opening of new access roads and bridges. The main tasks involve field investigation, engineering surveys, detailed engineering design and bid documentation preparation, including capacity building of selected the Directorate of Roads, Bridges and Flood Control (DRBFC) personnel for engineering designs. The Scope covers 4 major Bridges and a total of 110 KM Rehabilitation Roads designs.
